In case you claimed items that were meant for the non-seasonal storage, or are only usable on non-seasonal characters, you can transfer them over using the Character conversion option.
This allows you to convert a seasonal character, and it's inventory. As a result it becomes a permanent, non-seasonal character and has access to the regular vault.
In order to transfer the misplaced items:
- Take them out of the Seasonal storage and into the inventory of a sacrificial seasonal character, which you will convert to non-seasonal.
- Visit the nexus and find the conversation statue on the top of the spawning platform. (Keep in mind that this action is permanent and you will not be able to use this specific character as a seasonal after the transfer.)
- If you are sure, confirm the conversion and after a short little wait, the character will be converted and should be able to use/store the items.
PS: In case you do not have a spare Character Slot to use for a sacrificial character for the transfer, you can also reach out to our Support Team who will do the transfer for you manually. Keep in mind however that sometimes the response times of our team may be delayed due to a high amount of incoming tickets.
