If you transferred a seasonal Apple to non-seasonal storage and it was deleted - we can help and restore it for you as a one-time exception.
If you cannot use the Apple on a seasonal char - it is likely because the character already has a backpack unlocked. It is an intended mechanic as the apple is made to be used to max brand new characters.
Using the Apple on an already maxed char will consume the apple, by applying the backpack to the char. Customer Support will not restore the item in such cases.
