If you've made a purchase and you still haven't got what you ordered, there's a few possibilities for what might be causing this:
- The purchase was made on the wrong account. Please confirm whether the account you made the purchase on is the correct one and contact us if that is not the case.
- The purchase is still pending. Although rarely, there are times where it takes a bit for the purchase to be successfully credited to your account.
- The purchase is still pending and/or a refund has been initiated due to suspicions of fraud. Our billing partner Xsolla sometimes flags purchases that seem suspicious in order to protect you. Examples of this include a large amount of payments made in a very short timespan.
If the purchase does not get credited to you soon (within an hour of making it), then please feel free to contact our support team. They will be able to provide you with further information on exactly why this is happening.
