In general, this usually happens due to use of third party software. We strongly advise against downloading any software related to the game that has not been published by us, as it often contains keyloggers and other malicious things.
After you've secured your accounts, contact us as soon as possible and make sure not to spend any of the Realm Gold that was purchased (if it still remains on your account) or use any skins, keys or other items that may have not been purchased by you.
When you are composing your ticket, please include screenshots of the receipts of all fraudulent purchases. If you do not, we will ask for them anyway, so this will speed up the process of these purchases getting refunded for you.
Please also make sure to not initiate any refunds via your bank or PayPal before contacting us, as our system will automatically flag your account and suspend it.
After you've submitted your ticket, we will look through the purchase receipts you sent in and, once they have been verified as fraudulent, we will issue refunds for you.
