We can recover your used item, but:
- First, make sure to go back to the nexus and into your vault again. Check your vault chest or wardrobe to see if the issue persists.
- Make sure to close the game completely and log back in. Sometimes a relog is needed for the changes to register.
- The skin/character slot/vault chest must have been purchased with Realm Gold, acquired via a Quest or from the log in calendar of this month.
If you still can't see your purchased item, please contact our customer support team, describing your situation in detail. We will verify that you acquired the item and, if we see that it has not been unlocked successfully, reimburse you for it.
