Please take note that it is a manual process - there is no way for us to just reroll your account or pet, so it may take us a bit of time. Make sure you include the following information in your ticket, so we can help you out as fast as possible:
- Pet rarity. (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, Divine)
- Pet abilities.
- Pet ability levels.
- Pet family.
