We issue refunds for recent Realm Gold purchases, but the Realm Gold must not have been spent. This applies to both Xsolla and Steam purchases. The exact amount of Realm Gold you purchased has to remain on your account or we will be unable to issue a refund for you.
Please make sure to not purchase anything in-game and to contact us as soon as possible by pressing the big green button at the bottom of the page. The ticket category you'll be looking for is "Gold / Purchase Issue".
It's a good idea and will speed up the time it takes us to handle your request if you included a screenshot of your purchase receipt with date, amount and transaction ID visible.
