The outcome of this depends on the reason why you did not log in on those days. There's two possible situations:
- You did not log in on these days due to external reasons/because you forgot/etc.
In this situation, we will not be able to reimburse you for the days you've missed.
- You did not log in because there were in-game issues preventing you from logging in (related to DCs, launcher issues, issues starting the game, etc.) that we subsequently resolved or because your account was falsely suspended.
If there was something on our side that prevented you from playing the game and claiming your daily logins, then we can reimburse you for the missed days. Keep in mind that there is no way for us update your progress on the calendar immediately. You will have to keep logging in until the month ends and then to contact us, referencing the previous ticket number or the issue you experienced which prevented you from logging in. Once you do that, we will grant you the rewards for the days you've missed.
For example, you logged in for 28 days of 30 and were able to claim the rewards up to day 28. When you contact us, we will give you the rewards for day 29 and day 30.
