If you have interacted with or noticed someone that is using third party software, spouting offensive language in chat or generally not being a nice person, we will be happy to take a look.
Please understand, however, that we cannot share any details about our decision on the matter.
Here are some general guidelines on what you can do to make sure that your report yields results:
We don't condone this type of behaviour in Realm, so if you notice anyone doing this while playing, do make sure to send us a report. A screenshot with chat visible would be the best and easiest way to go about reporting this, but a video can also work. Please make sure that the screenshot or video is not cropped or edited.
Third party software (hacked clients)
For hacked clients you'd best record a video of the person in question abusing their client (not getting debuffs, autonexusing, connecting after dungeon is already full, etc.). Please then send this video over to us, possibly with timestamps of the violation occurring. Do make sure that the video is uploaded to a video sharing platform, such as YouTube, as we cannot download video attachments on our support platform for security reasons.
Generally this is a bit harder to get a hold of or prove, since you cannot really record videos or make screenshots of a person real-world trading. The ones that do this usually use a third party service or website to facilitate their communication.
If you notice someone in-game selling their account, then please go ahead and make a screenshot of this and send it over.
If you have any suspicions of a player real-world trading, but don't have any evidence, please still submit a report. We have ways of verifying these things.
For X-walking, fame exploiting or any other visible exploits, a screenshot or video would suffice.
For exploits that cannot be seen in-game, such as item duplication, please mention the names of the players that are doing this and we will investigate their accounts.
