The suspension based on player reports depends entirely on the validity of the evidence provided and the individual review of the account. We can assure you that the account and evidence has been reviewed thoroughly if you have received a response to your ticket. Sometimes, there is just not enough evidence to warrant a suspension. We only ban players if we are 100% certain that they have done a violation.
