If something goes wrong during a run, a recording helps Support see what happened. Setting it up before you play means you will not have to wish you had caught it on video.
Many recording tools let you save the last few minutes of gameplay with a shortcut. You can use a replay feature or record your session, depending on what works for your setup.
NVIDIA or AMD. If you have an NVIDIA or AMD graphics card, look for Instant Replay in the NVIDIA app or AMD Adrenalin. Check the save shortcut in your settings so you know how to keep a clip when you need one.
Windows. Xbox Game Bar has an option to record recent gameplay. Make sure background recording is enabled before you start playing.
Steam. If you play through Steam, you can set up Game Recording in Steam's settings.
Other recording apps. OBS Studio's Replay Buffer and Medal are other options for saving gameplay clips.
Mac. You can record your screen with QuickTime Player. Start the recording before you play.
Whichever option you choose, make a short test recording first. Check that the full game window and HUD are visible, and that your clips capture enough time before a death to show what happened. Let the recording continue through the death screen.
